Cellulose nitrate resin / Nitrocellulose resin
Thermoplastic resin formed by the nitration of raw cellulose with sulphuric acid and nitric acid. Nitration to a level of 10,7%-12,3% Nitrogen is used in cellulose nitrate resins for paint industry.
